For many of us Ko Samui is pretty far away. We travel that far because we dream about a prefect holiday. What makes a perfect holiday? You will probably agree that it is the service that makes the difference.

As the owners of Villa Baan Waan, we are proud to invite you to be our guests and enjoy a truly distinctive hospitality. Our commitment starts at the moment you make the first contact with us. This is actually right now when you are browsing this site. As you can see we try to supply every detail of information, and if you still have any question, we will promptly reply to inquiries sent through this site.

Upon your arrival in Ko Samui, Khun Sue, our English-speaking house manager, and a cab driver, will wait for you at the airport (or the ferry port), ready to give you a free ride to your dream holiday villa (not applicable to "last minute" bookings). Or if you want, we can arrange a rental car (with or without a chauffeur) or motorbike for you, and the vehicle will wait for you at the airport.

Once in the house, Khun Sue will show you the facilities and explain the procedures. Since a telephone line is not installed yet, she will lend you a mobile phone with a local SIM card, for the case you want to contact her. And if you do, she will be happy to cater for any of your needs.

You will find in Villa Waan Baan everything you could expect to find in a luxury resort, and more - beddings, towels, complete bathroom kits, gowns, slippers, a safe, maps and guides of Ko Samui. You name it. And if you don't find it, ring Khun Sue and she will try to get it for you.

The kitchen is all yours, and is very well equipped, including a refrigerator with drinking water dispenser, an extra mini-bar for drinks, a stove, a hood, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, an electric rice cooker, pots and pans, an exclusive china set, a potable water filtering system. Again, if we have forgotten anything - please let Khun Sue know.

The distinctive service we believe you deserve, for no extra charge, includes daily garden and swimming pool maintenance, and daily maid service - including dish washing, laundry and pressing.

Should you prefer to be taken care for your eat-in meals, we can arrange shopping and cooking service at nominal cost. Similarly we can arrange a reliable babysitter.

Every dream has an end. We will make this end as smooth as possible. We will transfer you to the airport, or if you had us arranging a rental vehicle for you - we will be there at the check-in ramp to collect the key and greet you for a safe flight back.

End but not over. We would love to hear from you when you are safe back home, and we would be very interested to hear about your experience - especially if there were things we could do better. We will do better next time you come. And you will.
